Remeber, CRASHLIGHT® requires Location Services, GPS signal availability, and a Data Plan to work effectively.
Take note that ESR employs Location Services to deliver GPS tracking features; you must allow location permissions in the foreground and background for ESR to operate.

Changes: With this patch, we fixed a crash that when creating an new account and denying the Privacy Policy or Location Permissions. For existing riders, the crash was seen when changing Settings in Group Ride. We are sorry about that. It’s ironed out now, ride on!
